Parish Nurse Program

The Parish Nurse Program is designed to meet the emotional, physical, and spiritual needs of parishioners through a holistic approach. As a member of the parish staff, the Parish Nurse brings healthcare and related services to the Church family, using a variety of programs and activities. The role of the Parish Nurse is to be a health counselor and resource, an educator and support facilitator, and an interpreter of the relationship between faith and health. The primary objective of the Parish Nurse is to help parishioners take responsibility for their own health and help them understand the many causes of illness.
